You can exchange money at certain banks. The easiest and most cost-effective way is to withdraw with your bank card at various shops. There are also ATMs available. Antillean Guilders are not available in the Netherlands. The Antillean Guilder and the US Dollar are linked. For 1 Dollar you get 1.75 Guilders.
