I have listed a number of practical matters to ensure that your stay goes well and pleasantly. I request that you read the following carefully and use it as a reminder during your stay. I wish you a wonderful time in Curaçao!

2. Check-in: after 3 p.m. or in consultation

3. Smoking is only allowed outside. An ashtray can be found in the communal kitchen.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Offering our guests a good night's sleep is very important to us. Since the rooms are located around the “Kura Kibra Hacha” patio, this area is designated as a “Silence Terrace” after 8 p.m. You are invited to enjoy a good book or listen to music with earpods. You can socialize after this time at the pool or at Rooftop Klein Kwartier.
6. Please report any loss of keys immediately. In the event of loss, the costs for replacing locks and cylinders will be charged with a minimum of Nafl. 300,-
7. B&B Toni Kunchi is not liable for stolen, damaged or missing property of guests.
8. Electricity and water are expensive on Curaçao. We therefore ask you to deal with this consciously. The room price includes normal use of air conditioning (8 hours per day) and water. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room and use water and electricity sparingly. General advice is to set the air conditioning temperature 4°C lower than the outside temperature. In any case, do not set the temperature lower than 23 °C to prevent the interior from freezing. Additional costs will be charged for excessive use. Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is on.
9. For a stay of less than a week, we do not enter the guest rooms for privacy reasons. The bed linen is changed once a week in consultation. Cleaning staff are not allowed to move personal items. Please keep this in mind. The used towels can be placed in the laundry basket outside the room. Every day at 10 am we empty the laundry baskets and replenish the towels. We will also empty the waste bins that are outside. Waste can always be put in the waste bin in the communal kitchen. If you need anything in between, you can always send us a WhatsApp message.

11. There is a kitchen for common use. The facilities in the kitchen can be used 24/7. These consist of a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and crockery. Coffee and tea are free. We do ask that you wash and tidy up plates and cups outside of breakfast. Especially for the comfort of the other guests.
12. Breakfast à la carte can be enjoyed daily (see the menu). Breakfast orders must be received no later than 6 pm the day before. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30. If you have any special wishes regarding breakfast, please let us know.
13. Entering the swimming pool is at your own risk.
14. There are no opening hours for the swimming pool. The pool is cleaned on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
It may be that swimming is not possible for a while.
15. The use of a bath towel on the sunbeds at the pool is mandatory.
16. It is not permitted to enter the swimming pool with drinks and food.
17. Naturism and topless sunbathing are not permitted within the complex and at the swimming pool.
18. For the safety of all of us, it is important to close the door to the pool if you are the last to use the pool. Leave the door open as long as you are in or near the pool. Guests do not have a key to this door. The door can be secured with a hook on the back of the door.
19. Visiting guests are welcome, but are not allowed to stay overnight.
20. Guests must park outside the complex.
21. Guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool and sun loungers without consultation.
22. When leaving the complex, please close the parking gate
23. You can wash with us upon request and in consultation. For self-service the costs are Nafl. €15/wash. You can also have us do it for you. Then the price is Nafl. 25/wash.
