I have put together a list of practical matters to ensure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. I kindly ask you to carefully read the information below and use it as a reference during your stay. I wish you a wonderful time in Curaçao!

2. Check-in: after 3:00 PM or by appointment

3. Smoking is only permitted outside. An ashtray can be found in the common kitchen.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Providing our guests with a good night's sleep is very important to us. As the rooms are located around the "Kura Kibra Hacha" patio, this area is designated as a "Quiet Terrace" after 8 pm. You are invited to enjoy a good book or listen to music with earpods here. Socializing after this time can take place by the pool or on the Rooftop Klein Kwartier.
6. Loss of keys should be reported immediately. In case of loss, the costs of replacing locks and cylinders will be charged with a minimum of NAF 300,-
7. Toni Kunchi is not responsible for stolen, damaged or missing property of guests.
8. Electricity and water are expensive on Curaçao. We therefore ask you to be mindful of their use. The room rate includes normal use of air conditioning (8 hours per day) and water. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room and be frugal with water and electricity use. A general tip is to set the air conditioning temperature 4°C lower than the outside temperature. In any case, do not set the temperature lower than 23 °C to prevent freezing of the indoor unit. Additional charges will be applied for excessive use. Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is on.
9. For stays shorter than a week, we do not enter the guest rooms for privacy reasons. Bed linen is changed once a week by agreement. It is not permitted for cleaning staff to move personal items. Please take this into account. Used towels can be placed in the laundry basket outside the room. Every day at 10 am, we empty the laundry baskets and restock the towels. We will also empty the waste bins, which are located outside. Waste can always be disposed of in the bin in the common kitchen. If you need something in between, you can always send us a WhatsApp message.

11. There is a shared kitchen. The kitchen facilities can be used 24/7. These consist of a microwave, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster and tableware. Coffee and tea are free of charge. However, we do ask that plates and cups be washed and put away outside of breakfast time, especially for the comfort of the other guests.
12. Every day you can enjoy breakfast à la carte (see the menu). Orders for breakfast must be placed by 6 pm the day before. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 9.30. If you have any special requests for breakfast, please let us know.
13. Entering the swimming pool is at your own risk.
14. There are no opening hours for the swimming pool. The pool is cleaned on Saturday morning.
It may be that swimming is not possible for a while then.
15. Use of a bath towel on the sun loungers by the pool is mandatory.
16. It is not allowed to bring food and drinks into the swimming pool.
17. Nudism and topless sunbathing are not allowed within the complex and at the pool.
18. For the safety of us all, it is important to close the door to the pool when you are the last one using it. You can leave the door open as long as you are in or near the pool.
19. Upcoming guests who are visiting are welcome by appointment, but are not allowed to stay overnight.
20. Visitors are required to park outside the complex.
21. Guests must not use the swimming pool and sun loungers without prior consultation.
22. When leaving the complex, please close the parking lot gate.
23. On request and by appointment you can do your laundry with us. For self service the costs are NAF 15.00/load. You can also have us do it for you. Then the price is NAF 25.00/load.
