I have put together a number of practical matters to ensure your stay goes smoothly and comfortably. I ask you to read the following carefully and use it as a reference during your stay. I wish you a wonderful time in Curaçao!

3. Smoking is only allowed outside. An ashtray can be found in the common kitchen.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Providing our guests with a good night's sleep is very important to us. Since the rooms are located around the patio “Kura Kibra Hacha”, this area is designated as a “Quiet Terrace” after 8 PM. You are invited to enjoy a good book or listen to music with earphones here. Socializing after this time can take place at the pool or on the Rooftop Klein Kwartier.
6. Please report lost keys immediately. In case of loss, the cost for replacing locks and cylinders will be charged with a minimum of Nafl. 300,-
7. B&B Toni Kunchi is not liable for stolen, damaged, or missing guest property.
8. Electricity and water are expensive in Curaçao. We ask you to use them consciously. The room price includes normal use of air conditioning (8 hours per day) and water. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room and be economical with water and electricity. A general recommendation is to set the air conditioning temperature 4 °C below the outside temperature. Do not set the temperature lower than 23 °C to avoid freezing the interior. Excessive use will incur additional charges. Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is on.
9. For stays shorter than a week, we respect privacy and do not enter guest rooms. Bedding is changed once a week by arrangement. Cleaning staff are not allowed to move personal items. Please keep this in mind. Used towels can be placed in the laundry basket outside the room. Every day at 10 AM we empty the baskets and refill the towels. We also empty the trash cans outside. Trash can always be disposed of in the trash bin in the common kitchen. If you need anything in between, you can always send us a WhatsApp message.

11. There is a kitchen for common use. The kitchen facilities are available 24/7. They include a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and crockery. Coffee and tea are free. We do ask that you wash and put away plates and cups outside of breakfast. This is especially for the comfort of other guests.
12. Breakfast à la carte can be enjoyed daily (see the menu). Breakfast orders must be placed by 6 PM the day before. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30. If you have special requests regarding breakfast, we would love to hear them.
13. Entering the pool is at your own risk.
14. There are no opening hours for the pool. The pool is cleaned on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
It may be that swimming is not possible at that time.
15. Using a bath towel on the lounge chairs by the pool is mandatory.
16. It is not allowed to bring drinks or food into the pool.
17. Nudism and topless sunbathing are not allowed within the complex and at the pool.
18. For everyone's safety, it is important to close the door to the pool when you are the last one using it. Keep the door open while you are in or near the pool. Guests do not have a key to this door. The door can be locked with a hook on the back of the door.
19. Visiting guests are welcome, but may not stay overnight.
20. Guests should park outside the complex.
21. Guests may not use the pool and lounge chairs without arrangement.
22. When leaving the complex, please close the parking lot gate.
23. Upon request and by arrangement, you can do laundry with us. For self-service, the cost is Nafl. 15,--/load. You can also have us do it for you. Then the price is Nafl. 25,--/load.
